Our Parks

While we have a lot of great parks in Arden Hills, many of them need serious work with invasive species management. Dedicated volunteers have been working to restore habitat in some of our parks in recent years. Other parks could be improved greatly if we could find enough volunteers.

Though plant knowledge is handy, experience is not necessary. Our team leads and mentors are happy to give you the guidance you need and help you build new skills while making a difference in our community! If you're interested in joining one of our volunteer teams, please send us an email.

We’d also like to begin a monitoring process so that we can measure the effects of the various restoration efforts. If you have any interest in working with a team to identify the plants, birds, butterflies, bees, or bats in these parks, please contact us.

You can also help by recording populations of invasive species through iNaturalist. Observations can be added to the project Arden Hills Invasives.
